How to Make Peanut Butter & Jam Bars (Step-by-Step)
Step 1 – Make the Base
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey/jaggery syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Step 2 – Add Oats
Stir in the oats and mix until everything comes together.
(If mixture feels dry, add 1–2 tbsp more peanut butter.)
Step 3 – Layer the Jam
Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper. Press the oat mixture evenly to form a flat base.
Spread a generous layer of SIL Mixed Fruit Jam on top.
Step 4 – Chill
Refrigerate for 1 hour so the bars set and hold shape.
Step 5 – Slice & Serve
Cut into squares or bars. Serve chilled for best texture.
